Any views on this page are not those of the department, unless otherwise stated. Some of the material contained in this website was taken from the JPFD 1991 yearbook and www.jpfd.org. Everything else came from intuitive learning.

This website was started around 1998-1999 in order to provide the web with a comprehensive resource on the Jefferson Parish Fire Department.  It started out as a small and unheard of site, and it has continued to grow each year.  With the continued and selfless support of the JPFD personnel and my parents,  I will be able to continue this rewarding venture.  Thank you for your support, and I hope you enjoy the site.
