Around 2am, firefighters were dispatched to a car fire in an apartment complex on Central Avenue. Firefighters were greeted by a fully involved truck in the back of a complex. Magnesium in the engine prompted firefighters to use a dry chem extinguisher at one point, but no major problems were reported.
