Around 6pm firefighters were dispatched to reported powerline troubles. Once on the scene, the company determined that this was a little more than the usual powerline call. Three poles and a several connections to two apartment complexes had snapped leaving residents in one 3 story and one 2 story apartment complex without power. Residents suspect a car may have caused the major mishap, but there has been no final word on how it happened.
