Around 8PM JPFD communications received numerous reports of an apartment fire with people jumping. Firefighters were dispatched and arrived on the scene to find on woman that had already jumped and a man on a second floor balcony that needed to be rescued. After rescuing the individual on the balcony, firefighters turned their attention to knocking the fire down. A second alarm was called, and the fire was brought under control in about 45 minutes.
