Station 13  was rebuilt from the ground up in 1991.  Back in the fifties, it housed an ambulance and an engine.  In the early nineties, the station housed an engine and a rescue squad. Today it houses a ladder truck, an engine, and an assistant chief.  Its first due area includes many large commercial properties and several heavily populated neighborhoods.  The station once used the Tazmanian Devil as its mascot.
